Inuyasha:The Final Acts
Posted in Anime, Do As Infinity with tags AAA, トリプル・エー, Do As Infinity, Inuyasha, The Final Acts on September 9, 2009 by frozenbreakWell well it finally came to be, after the craptacular ending they left us the real ending for Inuyasha is finally coming to be. Yep Inuyasha: The Final Act continues beyond where the first anime series ended and adapts the story from the final 21 compiled book volumes of Rumiko Takahashi’s original manga. Now the question is who will be opening and ending the anime for each episode? Well its been confirmed that Do As Infinity and AAA will be doing the opening and ending theme’s for the Final Acts. Do As Infinity is set to be the animes opening theme and AAA is set to be the animes ending theme.
This will be AAA’s 1st theme for the Inuyasha series, but the 4th theme for Do As Infinity. No name has been released for AAA’s theme yet but the ending song from Do as Infinity will be named 君がいない未来 *kimi ga inai mirai A Future Without You*.(深い森 *Fukai Mori*, 真実の歌 *Shinjitsu no Uta*, 楽園 *Rakuen*) Also all previous voice actors are set to return for the Final Acts and will start airing on Oct 3rd this year.
Pretty excited for this actually, I really liked Inuyasha but was sooo upset with the ending they give. Now I can finally watch it happen cause man reading all those mangas was getting a bit boring after a while xD. Don’t get me wrong the mangas were great but man seeing it in action would have totally been better. Also I will be able to watch some of the manga I missed cause i refused to any some of the manga cause man that thing was just going on and on and on in a continuous loop hole of doom. Now the wall scrolls in my room have purpose again and I can go into like fanboy mode when Sango come on and kick ass xD xD LAWL GO NINJA DEMON SLAYER LADY! xD
Its not Godzilla its a Gundam! :O

BoA Meets MapleStory
Posted in Anime, BoA, Music, Uncategorized on March 30, 2009 by truegamerMapleStory is a free, side-scrolling 2D massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by the South Korean company Wizet. Several versions of the game are available for specific countries or regions, and each is published by various companies such as Wizet and Nexon. Although playing the game is free, to change your character’s appearance and gameplay enhancements are purchased from the Cash Shop using real money. MapleStory has a combined total of over 50 million subscriber accounts in all of its versions. MapleStory North America Global, for players mainly in North America and outside of East Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe, has over three million players.
In the game, as a player you travel through the Maple World, defeating monsters and developing their character’s skills and abilities as is typical in rpg. Players can interact with others in many ways, such as chatting with other players, trading items, and playing the minigames. Groups of players can band together in parties to hunt monsters and share the rewards. Players can also join a guild to interact more easily with each other and do guild dungeons.
By personal experience MapleStory is a good game, however, the experience you get from killing monsters is not that great. Once, your around level 80, it’s takes hours and hours of grinding to get to the next level and your barely on your 3rd job class. That’s why i switch over to a private server XD. Private servers ftw!
Basically, BoA wants you to make a MapleStory video with her new single “I Did it For Love” and you win prizes.

×××HOLiC 春夢記 (Shunmuki)
Posted in Anime with tags ツバサ春雷記, ×××HOLiC 春夢記, Shunmuki, Tsubasa Shunraiki on February 28, 2009 by frozenbreak×××HOLiC is back! but just in OAV… So the rundown… there is probably going to be only two episodes in 春夢記 (Shunmuki) (xxxHOLiC Spring Dreams Chronicle) OAV. Just watching episode one gave me goosebumps and the shivers down my spine, epescially when just watching the opening intro ( the song is awesome too). What makes this OAV so important to the series is because its finally going the way it should have been since episode one; and what I mean by this is linking the two shows together.
Also with xxxHOLiC: Shunmuki comes the important link you know it cannot be complete without, Tsubasa Shunraiki (ツバサ春雷記) (Tsubasa Spring Thunder Chronicle). Yep Yep Later on we will see Tsubasa: Shunraiki. There is no news yet on what the Tsubasa part will bring but I’m sure it won’t lets us down, especially from what we saw in the last OAV.
Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
Posted in Anime, Books, Games, Movies on January 15, 2009 by cybermewtwoAnyone else notice the major comeback of Alice from Wonderland lately..?

Time for a return to Wonderland..? It's about Time!
Starting off the year with Coraline which isnt a direct storyline from Alice in Wonderland but is pretty similar and uses a similar concept.
Next we have the live action movie coming later this year being directed by Tim Burton with Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter (big surprise – Burton + Johnny nowai!) – unfortunately for me I’v no clue what the name of the movie is going to be exactly but I’m assuming “The Nightmare Corpse’s Bride in Wonderland” or “The Demon Barber and the Chocolate Factory in Wonderland (ft. Beetlejuice)” or something along those lines (feel free to try and make your own titles).
Last but not least at the end of year another movie I’m really looking forward to since I found out about it coming out later this year “Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll“, directed and starring Marilyn Manson as Carol Lewis the actual original writer of “Alice in Wonderland” aswell as the sequel “Through the Looking-Glass” and the other stories & nonsense poems within them. The premise of this story, its basically about the life of Carol Lewis cept with a twist – He is being haunted in an isolated castle and being tormented by sleepless nights and visions of a girl named Alice. He soon finds himself becoming a symptom of his own invention. He is Lewis Carroll. Terrified of what waits for him each night. I’m not sure if it’s going to make any refferences to actual events in his life such as the 3 children who were the original inspirations for the stories or if its just going to be a fictional biography of how the books came to be. Eitherway with Marilyn Manson in it… this is sure to be one hell of a weird ass movie! Hell the tagline for the movie’s story: “Now all my nightmares know my name.” HA! How awesome is THAT?!?
I wonder if the Jabberwock will be in either of the two movies? If you don’t have a Vespal Blade, ya might wanna start looking now while you have the chance
I also gotten my hands on “American McGee’s: Alice” recently. This game takes place a short while after the 2nd book (Through the Looking Glass) and has a much darker tone to it. Basically Alice’s parents died in a fire and she was the only survivor. To make things worse she cant get over the fact that she was helpless to save her parents and goes nuts. Because of the guilt, she tries to commit suicide (bandages can be seen on her wrists), and becomes catatonic. She’s put in a mental institution. Years later, the White Rabbit comes and finds her to help save Wonderland which has grown into a even more twisted (that was possible..? o.O?) and darker world than what it was before. She has to stop the Queen of Hearts and reclaim her sanity. I must say this game pretty awesome! XD Not many games out there use playing cards as weapons. But not only that storyline wise the missions are actually fun, the story makes sense on a much deeper level, graphics are gorgeously demonic, gameplay is a nice warped mixture of action/puzzle/story/hack-&-slash(literally). Instead of Health/Mana, you have Health/Sanity and the storylines and characters have all grown to something else altogether. The Cheshire cat is there to give you hints in the form of “cryptic” clues (he just makes things rhyme alot but its still one of my favorite characters in the game sofar). This game came out in 2000 and quite frankly it seems to beat the skirts off of half these games that are out nowadays which are nothing but cool graphics but horrible gameplay.
Theres also an anime that came out which draws on heavy influence from The Alice stories though the name or exact concept I dont recall at the momment. I do know it has somethign to do with highschool students but hell I just decribed 6/10ths of the animes in existence.
Check it out when you can and plan to see these new modernizations of our favorite mushroom-popping-kneelength-dress-wearing little girl who just so happens to be the inventor “Todd’s syndrome“. O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! I wonder what ELSE they have in-store for us?

Mouryou no Hako
Posted in Anime with tags Mouryou no Hako on October 14, 2008 by curiouslystrongFrom ANN: The story follows a series of bizarre murders of schoolgirls who have been dismembered and stuffed into boxes. The private investigator hired by a missing daughter’s mother joins forces with an antique book seller and others to unravel the murder spree.
Characters will be designed by CLAMP, animation will be provided by Madhouse. (From ANN)
Anime: Horror/mystery/supernatural
OKay first off the first episode was totally bizarre as it start off, we meet a man with a simple box sitting front of the investigator, the investigator start to hear this sound from
the box. The man with the box quietly laughs and opens the box to find a girl’s head in it. O_O already I was like OMG Code Geass because of the drawing style, lol. Oh yeah and the fact that the head was alive is scary too.
So then we return to the story of Yuriko Kusumoto is a girl who lives with her mother and a doll maker, she meets this mysterious girl called Kanako Yuki, and they instantly hit it off.
Yeah there is some weird friendship stuff and shoujo-ai a little there and here, when Yuriko gets home, the doll-maker gives her a doll which suddenly comes to life (somehow i think the doll is suppose to resemble Kanako) and so Yuriko freaks out.
Kanako tells Yuriko to meet her at the train station, and Yuriko sees that the girl is somewhat withdrawn and mellow then we notice a black mark on the back of the girls neck. We see the train coming and Kanako leaps in front of the train apparently killing herself ( its starting to sound the movie ‘The Suicide Club’).
We see Detective Kiba who was in the train experience some horrible memories while he was in the war I think and the train comes to a halt.
The episodes end with Yuriko being console by the detective while they carry Kanako’s body away, but while they are taking it away we see her smile . O_O
Yeah my impression was weirded out but at the same time interested because i want to know the connection between the doll-maker, the doll and the man with the box. I’m be watching this series more
However i think the show is going to revolve around these two girls, which the ending credits show they have very important roles along with the 4 men shown on the cover pic on top of the post
the kitty is so cute
Something to watch…
Posted in Anime with tags Toradora on October 7, 2008 by frozenbreakSo with the end of Code Geass I only had Naruto and Bleach to watch, which makes me look like a total tard cause its the only two things I’ve been keeping up with for this long. Oh how i want to watch Nabari no Ou (well I do but the raws of it QQ) and a new season of XXXHOLiC, but… that isn’t going to be happening anytime soon. So I decided to make a choice for a new show to watch and I’m impressed by what I chose.
Toradora is the name and I like it XD. Its a comedy, romance anime and it kind of reminds me of Karin and I really liked Karin so that was an automatic plus on me watching this show.
The show is about (wow when I look at it, this show really is like Karin but no vampire stuff, and if u just add orange spiky hair he would look like Usui-kun) Takasu Ryuuji, a young guy who was born with an awkward set of eyes that make him look like he is pissed off all the time. When people bump into him, they automatically panic thinking he will do something to hurt them, even his teacher goes a little crazy thinking he will hurt her if things doesn’t go his way. When actually he is a very kinda person, but he is judged upon the way his face looks.
Then there is Asaka Taiga, who is a very tempered young girl, and lives up to her nickname “Palmtop Tiger”. She earned this name cause she is very short and she gets angered pretty easily. She comes from a rich family but due to bad family relations, she has taken to living on her own. Living on her own she never grasped the concept of household chores so she ended having Ryuuji clean up after her, doing household chores for her, cooking, the works.
Overall from just form seeing episode one, I really like this show. There is a lot of funny moments, I can smell romance later on and its just what i needed from all those action, ninja, robot, shinigami stuff that I’ve been watching. If you want to pick this show up GG subs is the subber that I know so far thats subbing it, and releasing it in mkv format. you can grab episode one at GG subs. Click Me =D (ps its a torrent :3)
