Japan Day at Central Park ^^

Hey people!

To all the Newyorkers and everyone living or just passing by in New York, next Sunday, May 31st is going to be held the Japan day, a whole day commemorating the Japaese culture at Central Park, food, Karate demostration and performance, and totally FREE!! Trini Yellow Power Ranger

Today I just found out that the actress who played Trini and yellow ranger in the show power rangers died 8 years ago in a car accident.

;_; she was my favorite character and i thought she was still alive >_<.

its been a while yet again

theres soo much going on  with school

and just last friday my grandma passed away

that caused a lot of devastation throughout the familly, and ive been feeling not too well myself

so the whole familly is going to haiti for the buriel

so im gonna be spending a week there  and when i come back a week in the states for my sisters graduation

idk if ill see any of you guys or what not but im leaving tomorrow at 1pm connecting to miami where ill be spending the night so we can talk maybe or something

playstation 2 beats platstation 3 in sales =O

Well, looking at April’s index sales produce by the NPD group, the playstation 3 found itself beaten its predecessor, the Playstation 2. The Playstation 2 is still a great success, for console that is over 9 years old is still selling like hot cakes. The Playstation 3 and PSP had the most disappointing results, so i will not bother posting the index numbers. Somehow this is feels like Deja vu but only it’s with the Playstation 2.  so, i figure the playstation 2 has about a year or two before they cease the launch of the playstation 2 consoles and more the this generation consoles.  With that being said looks like sony is going to have to make a price cut for playstation 3 if the only platforms their going to have will be the playstation 3 and playstation portable. I can see that $100 price cut like was promised a couple of months ago. DO NOT FAIL ME SONY!!!!

Hmmm… what to say about this movie, well I can say its the best movie I saw this year so far so that must be something good =D. Also don’t you remember in the past where if you buy a ticket before 3pm it only cost $5 bucks? those were the good ol days, why can’t we have that again. *nostalgia*

Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver

Its Official! I’ve heard about this since the beginning of the week and have been assuming it was this from the teasers but they confirmed this just yesterday that Nintendo is making a Gold/Silver Remake for the DS/i!

HeartGold and SoulSilver will be released in Japan this fall, possibly on or near Nov. 21, the 10th anniversary of the original release of their namesakes. International releases will likely come in mid-2010. This is the one that took you into Joho with the PokeGear, Lugia/Ho-oh legendaries, Tododile/Cyndaquil/Chikorita starters, The First Game in the series that included the Shiny Pokemons (Starting with the Red Gyrados), and he only game that Linked you to the Past World Kanto 3 Years after the fall of Giovanni and a Broken Team Rocket tryng to rebuild. This was byfar one of the best games in the series and its about time they rebuild it.

Even better theyre doing it with the Diamond/Pearl engine so its going to be 10x better than the original graphic-wise. We’re assuming you’ll be able to trade with D/P/Pt considering the old ones you needed the time machine/pokepark to tranfer from the GBA slot but since these are both DS the WiFi should be compatible.

The Second Generation Pkmn will be available and this will prolly bridge the gap for DSi since old Pokemon Can’t be transfered from GBA if you dont have a damned GBA-slot. Not to meantion the original copies of Pokémon Gold and Silver typically lose the ability to save after a period of about seven years, due to the internal battery running dry (this is due to the constantly-running clock). However, the battery is replaceable with another one of the same kind (although replacing it will reset the game’s data).  Since the DS keeps it’s clock in the DS those of you who lost your saves can rejoice in knowing it wont happen again after you get bored for a month and turn your game on again. Keep in mind this game was released just before Y2K in 1999, so if you dug up your old Game Boy Color your Pokemon are more than likely lost – you gotta admit this has to spark SOME kinda rage in considering all the hours we spent.. lol

From a first look at the screenshot, you notice the player has his Chikorita walking besides him. My guess is they’re going to let the starter Pkmn walk alongside the trainer much like they did in Yellow Version with Pikachu following you around everywhere you went. Noclue what happens when you talk to it but you prolly get some kinda Happiness Meter or maybe random items it may have picked up. It’s still not certain if it’ll be following you for the whole game or just certain areas but we’ll know more as time progresses. You can also see the new Sprite for your redhaired rival Silver (who is supposivly Giovanni’s Son) peeking in throught the window for the Poke he’s planning to steal from Elm (which just so happens to be the exact opposite of what you picked).  Anyways not much else is known sofar aside from the details of the Original GSC games but I’ll post any new developments as they appear. *excited*
